Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your order with Expressions of Lancaster Ltd.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are agreeing to the following.

Shipping/Delivery Terms

We aim to post any orders made before 5pm the same day.
Orders made after 5pm will be posted the next day.
Once orders have been posted by us, the delivery is out of our hands and down to the courier service.

If an order does not reach you once it has been posted, this will have to be taken up with the postal service.

Refunds and Returns

Any returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Any items bought on sale cannot be refunded, a credit note will be issued.
Returns can also be issued in either of our stores. A copy of your bank statement/email receipt must be brought with you for proof of purchase. This must be within 14 days of purchase.
Returned items must be in perfect condition/unused.
Any jewellery products must be unopened and in sealed packaging or box.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be made within 5 days of cancellation notice. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement. Delivery costs are only refunded for faulty items.

Faulty Items

We are deeply sorry that you have received a faulty item. If you return the item(s) to us, a replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the faulty item(s) and confirm the fault.  If you do not wish to receive a replacement, then ship the faulty item(s) back to us and a full refund will be issued back on your card.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the product was delivered faulty or if there was a subsequent manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
